Service Description

Happy Relocation FZE provides relocation services in the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to housing search, administrative assistance, intercultural training, international moving, orientation tours, and insider tips. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate service agreement between Happy Relocation FZE and the client.

Service Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are specified in the service agreement provided to each client. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms and methods will be detailed in the service agreement and invoice provided to the client.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service package selected. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided in the service agreement. In general, cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

The Happy Relocation website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Happy Relocation FZE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademarks

The Happy Relocation name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Happy Relocation FZE or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Happy Relocation FZE.

Content Usage

You may access, download, and print content from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our express written consent.

In no event shall Happy Relocation FZE's total liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our website or using our services during the six (6) months prior to bringing the claim.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In case of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by negotiation.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days from the date the dispute arises, either party may refer the dispute to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) for resolution by arbitration in accordance with the DIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the referral.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
